My training consists of source searching. I help you figure out ways to implement a healthier lifestyle that fits your unique life or stage in life. Everyone is different and I adjust my training for you. I do more than training, I also coach you through training your mind, thoughts and help you view weight loss to be a healthy lifestyle. No rough intimidating Bootcamp, no magic tea or dumb weight loss challenge! This is realistic, pure, conscious, self control, correct form, slow progression type of training. I will transform your way of thinking when it comes to being as healthy as can be in your unique way!
