Start the change with the first meal of the day. Focus on changing your breakfast first, eating in the morning will help you with energy levels. I help with eliminating bad habits of not having a breakfast. I suggest my clients to first have a glass of water before their breakfast and that in itself is a good change to focus on. From there we slowly progress to the next bad habit to tackle!
My sessions are unique for everyone. Depending on my clients timing, I will have what I like to call “talking session ” before our workout I take the time to talk about how their eating is going, we talk about solutions or issues that get in the way of them eating healthy, I take the opportunity to teach them about healthy eating.
Easy!! You can text me whenever you like with questions about food. You have your trainer (Mia😁) in your pocket! Example when you are out to eat at a restaurant, you can send me the menu and I can help you navigate through it to avoid falling into temptations of unhealthy choices. if you are grocery shopping feel free to also ask me about alternatives and I answer as quick as I can! This is included in your session payments for the week!
